What to include
- For a correction: the game or page involved and what appears inaccurate.
- For a privacy request: the right you want to exercise and enough detail to locate relevant correspondence.
- For an affiliate question: the game link and the disclosure you want clarified.
Keep sensitive information out of email. Never send us game passwords, payment card details, one-time codes, government ID documents or access credentials. Neuromint cannot manage accounts held by a game provider.
Questions about a game account
Account access, purchases, bans, gameplay, rewards and technical support are controlled by the relevant game provider. Contact that provider through its official support channels.
Response handling
We aim to review genuine requests promptly. Privacy requests may require reasonable identity verification, but we will ask only for information proportionate to the request.
