Scope and controller contact
This policy applies when you visit neuromint.icu or email us about the guide. Neuromint is the operator responsible for the limited personal data described here. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to support@neuromint.icu.
Information we may process
Technical delivery and security data
Our hosting and security providers may process an IP address, browser and device information, requested page, referring page, timestamps and diagnostic events. These ordinary server records are used to deliver the site, maintain availability, detect abuse and investigate technical problems.
Your local notice preference
If you dismiss our storage notice, your browser stores the value neuromint_notice_dismissed locally. We do not receive that value, use it for advertising or combine it with a profile.
Email correspondence
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, subject line and anything you choose to include. Do not send passwords, payment details or game credentials.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Site delivery and security: our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure editorial website.
- Responding to email: your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.
- Legal compliance: obligations that apply to records, complaints, lawful requests or the protection of rights.
Neuromint does not require an account, run behavioural advertising or include an analytics SDK in this release.
Who receives information
Technical data may be processed by providers that host, deliver or secure the site. Email data is processed by the relevant email providers. We use service providers only for defined operational purposes and do not sell personal data.
When you follow a game link, you leave Neuromint. The destination receives information according to its own systems, referral parameters, terms and privacy notice. Neuromint does not receive the password or payment information you provide to a game.
Retention
We aim to delete or anonymise routine technical logs within 90 days unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for security, dispute handling or a legal obligation. Email correspondence is normally retained for up to 24 months after the conversation closes, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required.
International processing
Hosting, content-delivery or email providers may process information outside Nigeria. Where the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 requires a safeguard for an international transfer, we rely on an appropriate contractual, legal or adequacy mechanism and apply reasonable security measures.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 may give you rights to:
- receive information about processing and request access to your personal data;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion or restriction;
- object to certain processing;
- receive portable data where the right applies;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and
- raise a concern about automated decision-making. Neuromint does not use personal data for automated decisions.
Email support@neuromint.icu to exercise a right. We may request proportionate information to verify that the request concerns you.
Complaints
Please contact us first so we can review the issue. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Security
We use reasonable organisational and technical controls appropriate to a static editorial site. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending sensitive credentials or unnecessary personal information.
Children
Neuromint is not designed to collect personal data from children. Game age ratings and parental-consent rules vary and must be checked on the official destination. If you believe a child has sent personal data to our mailbox, contact us so we can assess and delete it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We will revise this page when our tools, providers or legal duties materially change. The review date at the top identifies the current version.
